About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Installation Coordinator to join our team. The Installation Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our installation projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Reviews project specifications, permit individual jobs, and order equipment.
• Captures installer labor hours and vacation days to ensure accuracy of schedule.
• Schedules and tracks all jobsite inspections.
• As needed, requests for Certificates of Insurance COI's.
• Assigns warranty recall to liable party.
• Manages manufacturer rebates for equipment purchases.
• Works with coordinators to collect customer payment and schedule installation dates.
• Order equipment by leveraging manufacturer intranet sites.
• Communicates with the field installers on schedule, and general requests for support.
• Seasonally assists the Sales Coordinator to book technician leads.
• Registers products for consumer warranty.
