A company is looking for an Order Management Manager to lead their Order Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders on the order-to-cash process, focusing on quoting and provisioning
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in Deal Desk and Order Management processes
Maintain KPIs for team members and implement automation tools for accurate order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
4 years of experience in leading Order Management, Deal Desk, or Sales Operations teams in a SaaS environment
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of the sales process, including bookings, billings, and reporting
Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, and ERP tools
Ability to work with offshore team members as needed
