We are looking for you to join our team as a Manager Quality Engineering 1 based out of Woodland Hills, CA

This position's standard work schedule is a 9 / 80 schedule, allowing employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This is an on-site position.
What You'll Get to Do :
Supervise and manage employees who test and / or inspect products to determine compliance with specifications, covering areas such as Receiving & Inspection and Manufacturing Floor Inspection & Test of military, space-based, and civil aviation programs.
Oversee daily operations of a team or work unit, including direct supervision of staff, assignment of work, schedules, day-to-day workflow, and operating costs.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Quality, Engineering, or related STEM degree) with at least 6 years of relevant experience (3-4 years of specific quality experience); 4 years with a Master's Degree. An additional 4 years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
Experience with aerospace quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
Experience with military and government specifications.
Experience with process improvement methodologies.
Leadership experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
US Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Aerospace primes (Boeing, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, etc.).
Prior experience with FAA repair station requirements.
Practical experience in inspection and testing.

Salary Range : $107,300 - $160,900
