Rehab Without Walls is seeking a compassionate and experienced LCSW or LCPC to join our interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals with neurological injuries and conditions regain independence and reintegrate into their communities.

Who we are looking for :

• Are you an experienced LCSW or LCPC passionate about providing counseling services that support an individuals physical mental cognitive and emotional adjustment through recovery
• You provide therapeutic interventions and resource recommendations that address patients goals to achieve their personal career and independent living goals in the most integrated setting possible
• You value professional autonomy teamwork communication and collaboration to maximize patients recovery
