As a Front Desk / Night Audit Supervisor at the Omaha Marriott Downtown, you will be responsible for supervising front desk staff as well as greeting our guests and ensuring they have an exceptional experience.

What will you be doing?

• Supervise the night audit, front desk staff, and bell staff as needed, ensuring all daily functions from checklist are completed.
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Check guests in and out of rooms.
• Input and retrieve information routinely from computer system to communicate guest requests. Make appropriate selection of rooms based on guests needs.
• Effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
• Respond to guest requests and questions regarding area or hotel, outlet information and services as well as handle guest issues and report complaints to management.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy including responsibility for House Bank.
• Other duties as assigned.
