The office is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant chiefly supports the director, but also the senior leadership team, office managers, and the office itself with daily administrative tasks. These tasks may include maintaining the calendar and prioritization of the office director, facilitating innovations, staffing committee meetings, identifying office challenges and suggesting solutions, analyzing data and reports, monitoring and tracking projects, attending meetings, taking minutes and preparing agendas, organizing information, assisting with personnel matters, assuring proper office internal controls, and other meeting details. This is not a career service position. Incumbents serve at the will and pleasure of the office director. Must be non-partisan and must be able to work extended hours and on the weekends during legislative session, during the interim, and as needed.
