Litigation Paralegal

Overview

Base pay range : $35.00 / hr - $45.00 / hr. A boutique law firm is looking to identify a strong Litigation Paralegal. Strong eDiscovery and trial experience a must!

Responsibilities

• Assist in all stages of litigation matters.
• Experience with Word and PowerPoint; cite checking (including use of the Blue Book); Relativity or similar litigation / document management databases; document production; deposition preparation; trial preparation; and filing through court-required systems (e.g., PACER; Odyssey; Tyler);
• Manage docketing and scheduling; maintain case files; and handle office administrative responsibilities as part of the role.
