Role Summary :
This position supports activities involving planning and achieving maximum utilization of vessels sailing out of the North America region.
This position requires strong analytical skill, data handling skills, equipment flow operations, communication skill and professional attitude to support the Space Control team under Strategic Yield Management.
Activities include, but are not limited to, producing reports to help plan for vessel full and down, coordinating among key stakeholding teams including Container Flow Management (CFM), Equipment Control, Marine Operations, Vessel Planning, Vessel Close Out, Marketing etc..
Also the enhancement of the future process will be another key area for the role to look into.
Additional Responsibilities :
Produce comprehensive report(s) that provoke corrective actions to all departments involved.
Pro-actively work with concerned parties such as Operations, Equipment, Container Flow Management, Vessel Close Out, Vessel Planners, and alliance partners etc. to achieve the optimum vessel full and down operation.
Support Space Control Team through coordination within North America and with the overseas offices including GHQ.
Maximize equipment velocity to improve asset utilization.
Forecast marine terminal inventories to achieve maximum outbound vessel utilization.
Execute empty vessel evacuation plans in line with Global CFM guidelines while targeting maximizing NA export laden volumes and vessel utilization.

Advanced knowledge of macros, pivot tables, and formulas in spreadsheets.
Required Minimum Years Experience :
1+ years industry-related experience preferred
2+ years analytical experience - preferred
Required Minimum Education :
Bachelor’s Degree and above preferred
