Job Title : General Manager – Upscale Café and Retail (Boston Area)

Salary : $70,000–$80,000 annually + Annual Bonus

Position Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven general manager to lead the daily operations of our Boston area location. This role is perfect for an experienced leader with a deep appreciation for fine food and hospitality and a strong track record of managing teams in a high-end retail or café environment. The general manager will be responsible for driving sales, fostering a customer-first culture, and overseeing all operational aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a team of retail and café staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Ensure all products and services meet our high standards for quality and presentation
• Hire, train, and develop team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
• Monitor financial performance and manage P&L, budgets, and cost controls
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local strategies with overall brand goals
• Represent the brand with professionalism and passion in the local community
