Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Supervise and support team members, including servers and kitchen staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching to team members
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks
• Collaborate with management to meet sales goals and improve service quality

We are looking for one full-time shift lead with open availability, as well as a part-time shift lead. Training would take place in Caldwell for 2 weeks, the job is in Emmett after training.
