Description :

This position involves no on-call duties.

Weekends are required, specifically one weekend per month.

Weekdays will be provided off to balance weekend shifts.

The role is within a physical therapy setting with day shift hours.

Candidates must possess experience in acute care and / or inpatient rehab settings.

The unit consists of a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation space.

Staffing varies based on shift and patient volume.

On average, there are 12 staff members per shift, including a Director, Lead Physical Therapist, and both Physical and Occupational Therapists and assistants.

The equipment used includes treatment beds, exercise balls, resistance bands, treadmills, and exercise bikes.

Electronic medical records are maintained using Meditech.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with patient care experience.

Strong team players with compassion and excellent time management skills are preferred.

Candidates should also be technologically advanced.

The dress code requires grey scrubs.
