Assessment, observation and reporting of residents physical and behavioral changes. Assist with personal daily living, hygiene, grooming and restorative exercises. Lifting and moving residents to assist with repositioning, transporting and ambulating per plan of care. Ensuring patients get proper nutrition and hydration through assistance and reporting. Help to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. Attend in-services to maintain and increase your knowledge base and stay connected with changes in residents and healthcare in general.
