Job descriptionBase Salary : $330000.00 Sign On Bonus : $20K Relocation Assistance Available Competitive benefit package includes paid Vacation, Sick, CME leaves; Medical, Life, Long Term Disability insurances; Tax Deferred Retirement plan, $4000 / annual CME allotment; Paid Professional License & DEA fees Professional liability coverage under occurrence based Federal Tort Claims Act Federal or State Loan Repayment The opportunity for professional collaboration among our 50+ multi-disciplinary clinicians encompassing family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, ob / gyn, nurse midwifery, psychiatry, psychotherapy, pharmacy, and dentistry provides enhanced continuity of care for patients. Extensive services provided by social workers, health educators, case / care managers, medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc. give support for clinicians and patients. Located in beautiful Martinsburg, West Virginia. 20 mins from the Virginia Border! Have easy access to Winchester VA, Washington DC, or Baltimore! Chief Medical Officer (CMO) - Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician Schedule : Full time 40hrs per week Schedule is split between Administrative and Clinical Time Patients per day : 18 per day when working a full clinic day Clinical care is 100% outpatient primary care Zero Call Schedule Candidate will be expected to provide clinic coverage and administrative duties, staffing decisions, clinical initiatives and other leadership decisions. Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license Desire to serve in Admin blended role as Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
