Chain Pricing Coordinator

Summary

As a Chain Pricing Coordinator at RNDC, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s operations by meticulously managing chain pricing and item data entry and ensuring compliance with state laws and company standards. This position ensures accurate and timely entry of product pricing information, discounts, and quantity requirements. The Chain Pricing Coordinator acts as a vigilant gatekeeper, addressing and resolving any pricing concerns or issues that may arise within the assigned chains.

In the role, you will

• Review and Process Pricing Changes : Carefully review and process price change requests in assigned chains.
• Maintain Data Integrity : Ensure consistent and accurate entry of pricing data, making it easily accessible and understandable for sales teams and customers.
• New Item Set-Up : Validate proper setup of new items within each chain.
• Vendor Changes : Support supplier-related tasks, including setting up new supplier items, within each chain with the necessary documents or build in the appropriate system.
• Review Returns Reports : Ensure daily pricing accuracy to minimize failed deliveries.
• Manage Assigned Chain Pricing : Ensure accurate entry of approved discounts, special discounts and everyday pricing in assigned chains. Working with each individual chain’s pricing documents, internal pricing documents and internal pricing system. Requires ability to upload files into multiple systems and requires manual keying into multiple systems.
• Resolve Item Discrepancies : Investigate and address issues with items not receiving in assigned chains.
• Weekly Tracking and Inventory Reporting
• Daily tracking of POs, managing orders / deliveries and communicating out of stocks for one chain

What you bring to RNDC

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college preferred.
• 3 or more years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
