Our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a one-year, rotational experience designed to prepare the next generation of leaders at Clemens Food Group. Through hands-on learning, cross-functional projects, and cohort-based development sessions, you will gain the skills, confidence, and business understanding to step into a permanent role upon completion.
You will :
- Rotate through different areas of the business to gain a 360 view of the food production industry.
- Lead real projects that drive efficiency, quality, and growth.
- Participate in monthly learning sessions, farm and plant visits, and unique experiences that deepen your understanding of our business and culture.
- Build relationships across teams and functions while developing leadership skills that will last your entire career.

Operations The heart of our business, leading the teams and processes that produce safe, high-quality food.Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Ensuring food safety, compliance, and excellence in every product.Research & Development (R&D) Innovating new products and processes to serve evolving customer needs.Engineering Designing and executing projects that improve efficiency and sustainability.Supply Chain Planning, purchasing, warehousing, and delivering product to customers with precision.Sales Building strong customer partnerships and driving business growth through solutions that meet market needs.Marketing Telling the Clemens story, building brand awareness, and engaging customers and consumers.Finance Analyzing performance and providing insights that shape strategic decisions.Who is Eligible?
Students graduating in December 2025 or May 2026 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to one of the program focus areas.Proven leadership experience through academics, internships, projects, volunteering, or involvement in university clubs and organizations.Work experience (internships, jobs, or projects) in any of the rotation areas, demonstrating teamwork, communication, and problem solving.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic food manufacturing environment.Willing to travel as needed.Open to working in a pork production facility, which may include cold temperatures, unique sights, and smells.This is an evergreen posting to collect interest from students ahead of our next official application window in October 2025.
