Travel Physical Therapist - $3,006 per week

Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Inpatient and outpatient rehab. Focus is primarily inpatient, will work outpatient as needed. Mon-Fri 3 hrs a day inpatient focused (census based), everything else will be outpatient.

Monday - Friday Day shifts 0730 - 1500, every third weekend rotation.

2 years experience required.

All therapy / rehab traveler start dates will be booked 6 weeks out to provide time to process Marshfield credentialing and onboarding requirements.
