Big law firm experience preferred. Salary range : $235,000 - $390,000 (based on experience and location). Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision). We are seeking a motivated Business Litigation Associate to join our Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of broad commercial litigation experience, including case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, and brief writing. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage litigation cases from start to finish, including discovery, legal research, and writing.
- Draft pleadings, respond to written discovery, and assist with brief writing.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to high-quality legal work.
