Our prestigious law firm is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This position offers an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment, specializing in Construction Defect law. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for justice, a deep understanding of the legal industry, and a proven track record in the Construction Defect sector.

As an Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

1. Representing clients in all phases of construction defect litigation.

2. Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting depositions; and participating in arbitration or trial proceedings.

3. Providing legal advice to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities in construction defect cases.

4. Researching and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations applicable to construction defect cases.

5. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategies and prepare for trial.

Job Details

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications :

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with specific experience in Construction Defect law.

3. Admission to the Maryland State Bar (DC / VA admission are a plus)

4. Strong litigation experience, including trial, deposition, and arbitration experience.

5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
