Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide support to Relocation and Learning and Development. A typical day as a Human Resources Intern might include the following :

• Providing a high level of customer service to internal customers.
• Providing support to Relocation and Learning & Development.
• Modifying and updating employee and / or organizational data accurately.
• Responding to employee and / or community inquiries, concerns and needs.
• Cross-training with other department members to ensure seamless support of all Learning & Development duties.
• Managing confidential files and other privileged information.
• Following area processes and work instructions under close supervision.
• Understanding. Creating. Simplifying.
