About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate General Counsel to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to the medical staff and physicians. This includes working on credentialing, bylaws, and reports to the National Practitioner’s Data Bank, as well as handling legal issues for the faculty physician group. The role also involves partnering with the University of Oklahoma legal department for physicians who are dually employed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and litigation, with experience in both a law firm and in-house legal department, and a preference for those with a background in healthcare and experience working with healthcare providers. The role requires a current attorney license and bar affiliation in the State of Oklahoma or the ability to obtain a license to practice in the State within twelve months. The Senior Associate General Counsel will be a key member of the legal team, ensuring that the organization and its medical staff are in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
