About the Role :
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be the face of our business — providing fast, friendly, and efficient service to customers. Your role will include :
Assisting new and existing customers with loan inquiries
Evaluating vehicles for loan eligibility
Managing customer accounts, payments, and account follow-ups
Performing data entry and administrative tasks
Making courtesy calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintaining a professional and positive customer experience

Full-time schedule – Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays

Work Experience :
