• Lead civil works and flood damage reduction projects, managing all phases from scope development to client relationship management.
• Coordinate project staff, prepare plans and contract documents, and collaborate with various engineering disciplines.
• Apply risk management and quality assurance practices throughout project cycles.
• Participate in staff performance evaluations and project prioritization.
• Mentor technical staff and promote growth in civil works and geotechnical skills.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including client relationship growth, proposal development, and strategic pursuits.
