We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Hemet, California. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with a maximum of 20 hours per week, making it ideal for someone seeking to balance work with other commitments. Responsibilities :
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Manage filing systems and ensure proper storage of documents.
- Handle scanning tasks to digitize physical records for easy access.
- Respond to inbound calls and provide efficient assistance to callers.
- Assist with receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and managing inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create reports and documents.
- Coordinate miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a part-time schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable handling inbound calls and providing customer support.
- Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures.
