Join a patient-centered organization and provide full scope primary care services where professionals come together to improve access to quality health care for all. The facility has 8 locations throughout Western NY and has easy access to and from Toronto, Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester, NY.

Who we are seeking :

MD or DO graduate

Family Medicine Residency trained

New York State licensed or the ability to obtain one

DEA certificate

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate
