Physician Assistant Opportunity –  El Paso, TX

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy Med-Ped practice serving both internal medicine and pediatric patients . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider who enjoys working in a supportive outpatient clinic environment and is looking to build a long-term career with a collaborative team.

Position Highlights :

  • Work exclusively in an outpatient clinic setting—no hospital rounds.
  • Treat a diverse patient population, including adults and children.
  • Competitive compensation of $100,000–$125,000 in the first year , based on experience, plus a full benefits package.
  • Flexible and supportive team environment that values professional growth and work-life balance.
  • Open to training new graduates who are eager to gain experience in a Med-Ped practice.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients , including preventive care, routine exams, and chronic disease management.
  • Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans under physician supervision.
  • Administer immunizations, perform minor procedures, and provide patient education on health management and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care and maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and state / federal regulations.
  • Qualifications :

  • Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Texas.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a diverse patient population.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills .
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Previous experience in internal medicine or pediatrics is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply .
