Physician Assistant Opportunity – El Paso, TX
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy Med-Ped practice serving both internal medicine and pediatric patients . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider who enjoys working in a supportive outpatient clinic environment and is looking to build a long-term career with a collaborative team.
Position Highlights :
- Work exclusively in an outpatient clinic setting—no hospital rounds.
- Treat a diverse patient population, including adults and children.
- Competitive compensation of $100,000–$125,000 in the first year , based on experience, plus a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide high-quality care to adult and pediatric patients , including preventive care, routine exams, and chronic disease management.Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans under physician supervision.Administer immunizations, perform minor procedures, and provide patient education on health management and disease prevention.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care and maintain high standards of clinical excellence.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and state / federal regulations.Qualifications :
Active Physician Assistant license in the state of Texas.Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a diverse patient population.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills .Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.Previous experience in internal medicine or pediatrics is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply .Benefits :
