Job Title : Lead HVAC Installer

Job Description

This hybrid role is ideal for a well-rounded HVAC professional who is ready to lead residential and light commercial installations, as well as handle service and maintenance work. The ideal candidate takes pride in doing things right the first time, enjoys mentoring others, and is comfortable handling a variety of HVAC jobs with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and controls.
• Coordinate with crew members to ensure safe, clean, and code-compliant installations.
• Communicate effectively with office staff, customers, and inspectors to keep projects on track.
• Complete installation paperwork and ensure clean, customer-ready final setups.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.

This is a Permanent position based out of Williamsport, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00 / yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Williamsport,MD.
