What You’ll Do :

• Provide direct supervision and therapeutic support to residents, ensuring a safe and structured environment.
• Assist in the development of recreational activities while maintaining vigilant monitoring to promote safety and well-being.
• Document daily resident interactions, behavioral patterns, and interventions with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in treatment plans and ongoing training to elevate your impact.
