Job Details Location : New York Start Date : Sep 15, 2025 LOA : 43 days Provider Type Needed : Family Nurse Practitioner Schedule : Mondays : 12 : 00pm - 5 : 00pm Tuesdays : 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm Wednesdays : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm Thursdays : 7 : 30am - 5 : 00pm Responsibilities and Duties Serve as the sole provider in a primary care clinic setting. Address the healthcare needs of employees and their family members. Manage both clinical responsibilities and front office duties when necessary. Conduct blood draws and handle other primary care procedures. Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, especially in the absence of medical assistants.
