Key Responsibilities

Evaluate claimant eligibility and communicate with physicians, employers, and injured workers

Manage high exposure, complex, and catastrophic claims, facilitating return-to-work processes

Identify potential for third-party recovery and pursue reimbursement processes

Required Qualifications

Experience in workers' compensation claims management

Knowledge of insurance policies and statutory requirements

Ability to manage complex and high exposure claims

Familiarity with medical treatment evaluation and management

Understanding of subrogation and reimbursement processes
