Position : RN-Pediatrics (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Pediatrics for a 13-week contract in Douglas, Georgia — earn up to ($1663 - $1750 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
Monitor and assess patient health, documenting changes and progress.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for continuity of care.
Utilize data and metrics to evaluate patient outcomes and improve care.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Support team in achieving departmental goals and targets.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Adapt to changing environments and patient needs with flexibility.
Experience / Qualifications
Possess a valid RN license and pediatric nursing experience.
Demonstrate strong communication skills with patients and healthcare team.
Ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment.
Experience with electronic health records and patient documentation systems.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
Proven ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Knowledge of pediatric healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
Experience in educating patients and families on health conditions.
