The Elk River Day Treatment Program of Catholic Charities is seeking Clinical Trainee or Licensed Therapist to work with a fast-paced, highly experienced, supportive, creative team to provide mental health services to children and adolescents. Learn more about our program here () !

The Clinical Trainee or Licensed Therapist will join the team to provide group, individual and family therapy. This is a unique environment that allows Clinical Trainees to gain experience in all three service areas.

Job Requirements :

Clinical Trainee Qualifications :

• Has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional and who is in compliance with the requirements of the applicable health-related licensing board, including requirements for supervised practice.

Licensed Therapist Qualifications :

Master’s degree in a related field plus a Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC required

A minimum of 2 years of post-Master’s experience, including completion of clinical supervision toward licensure

Strong verbal and written communication

Flexible Thinking

Experience with children and / or adolescent preferred
