PureSpectrum is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to help support the maturity of our Finance operations as you continue to grow your career by joining our award-winning Company.

As our A / R Analyst, you will be responsible for carrying out A / R processes on a global scale to ensure the continued integrity and success of PureSpectrum. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully facilitate the A / R cycle by maintaining strong relationships and communication with customers and colleagues. The job requires an agile, organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities :

• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts promptly and accurately resolving any discrepancies.
• Initiate, follow up, and escalate collections efforts on overdue accounts with customers and sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account balances in a timely and professional manner.
• Generate and analyze AR reports to identify trends and proactively solve potential issues.
• Provide reports and insights to management for AR processes.
• Assist with general Finance tasks including filing, report preparation, and team support.
• Participate in monthly closes and annual audits.
