Job descriptionOwn and advance loans from set-up through closing with accuracy and speed to support a high-volume pipeline. Deliver an exceptional borrower experience while coordinating all stakeholders to on-time settlements. Process loans from set-up to closing in an organized and timely manner Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy Review title, legal, and settlement documents Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service Communicate with transaction stakeholders Maintain an individual pipeline of loans 3+ years of title and / or mortgage experience Strong experience reviewing title documents Prior experience with Salesforce Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products Strong Microsoft Office experience Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus Must be incredibly detail-oriented Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills Advanced verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills Real estate knowledge is a plus Strong work ethic and can-do attitude Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Company outings & social events Virtual events Companywide competitions and raffles Personal financial workshops Orioles season tickets
