Your Role :

Full-time positions available for all shifts!

Competitive pay starting at $32.48, with shift differentials up to $42.00 / hour.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in promoting the health and comfort of our residents through direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with the healthcare team to implement care plans.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Administering medications and treatments as per healthcare providers' orders.
• Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans.
• Providing wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
• Supervising and mentoring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in patient care.
• Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and care protocols.
