School Therapist-Occupational

Exciting Opportunity with PediaStaff : School Occupational Therapist OT in the Olympia, WA area.

PediaStaff is a trusted leader in pediatric therapy and educational staffing solutions, connecting passionate professionals with rewarding school-based and clinic opportunities since 2004. We' re currently seeking dedicated School Occupational Therapists ($55-$57 / hr, depending on experience) to support K-12 students byenhancing students' functional abilities to achieve their academic and daily living goals.

Qualifications :

• Registered Occupational Therapist licensed to practice in the state of Washington
• Master s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with school populations required
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• In-depth knowledge of motor and sensory motor disabilities in an educational environment

Role Overview :

As an OT, you will support students in school settings by assessing their needs, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions to help them succeed academically, socially, and physically.
