Overview

About the role : As a part of our Billing team, you will specialize in processing payments and billing customers. You will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to TQLs Sales Teams. This role will manage inbound accounting-related requests via phone, email or in person interaction with a focus on issue resolution, customer satisfaction and relationship development.
