As an Enrollment Manager, you are responsible for the management and productivity of all Enrollment Counselors. You lead an Enrollment team of 10-12 team members tasked with recruiting students in degree and professional development programs. Daily management of the team includes tracking and reporting of certain key metrics including appropriate outbound calls and talk time, appointment setting / attendance rates, response rates, lead to enrollment conversion rates, source conversion rates, start rates and staff turnover.
