Vendor Performance Analyst

The Central Vendor Management team is seeking a Vendor Performance Analyst to assist with evaluating and monitoring vendor performance. In the role, you will :

• Communicate brand awareness and SLAs to the vendor
• Monitor vendor activities, both internally and externally
• Document and communicate all open vendor performance issues and remediations
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly audits
• Maintain an ongoing scorecard and vendor performance documentation
• Maintain a stable, open line of communication and act as a liaison between OneMain and the vendor
• Maintain awareness of company policies and procedures, federal and state laws as well as providing guidance to employees to ensure compliance
• Monitor industry activity and trends for vendor feedback and compliance
• Balance a variable workload between project based work and regular task / routines
