Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking two Trauma Ortho / Neuro Med Surg RNs for their Bradenton, FL facility (NOTE : One is for a Charge RN)..

Job Requirements

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care preferred; LTACH, home health, or rehab experience may be considered).

Education : Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.

Licensure : Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license  if relocating).

Certifications :

BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association) – required

ACLS – required

Other Requirements :

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Benefits

Schedule and Unit Details

Unit : Trauma, Orthopedic, and Neurology Med-Surg

Patient Ratio : Approximately 6 : 1

Shift Options : Days (7a–7p) or Nights (7p–7a) with rotating weekends

Environment : Acute care hospital with a focus on trauma recovery and post-surgical care

Compensation and Benefits

Shift Differentials :

Nights : +$4.75 / hr

Weekends : +$3.00 / hr

National Certification Bonus : +$2.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 for Days

$15,000 for Nights  Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000 (with HR approval)
