Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts, moving inventory throughout the warehouse, and supporting daily material flow. This role requires strong scanning accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up electric forklifts for the majority of the shift (80%+).
• Use sit-down forklifts as needed for loading / unloading trucks.
• Move pallets, stage materials, and support inbound / outbound operations.
• Work in pairs to move and store incoming pallets.
• Use a double forklift to stage pallets in drop zones.
• Support reach truck operators who place pallets into assigned warehouse locations.
• Use RF scanners immediately upon starting to scan all product movements accurately.
• Follow scanning standards and participate in process audits to ensure accuracy.
• Pick assigned orders by scanning work IDs and following system instructions.
• Stage materials for outbound shipments or production.
• Assist with put away, scanning, and picking as needed.
• Occasionally support unloading operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $22.75 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
