What You’ll Be Doing :

Mastering the grill to prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and sandwiches to perfection

Prepping and marinating ingredients to ensure every dish is flavorful and fresh

Ensuring every plate meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation

Coordinating with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and timely

Keeping your station clean, organized, and up to food safety standards

Staying up-to-date on our menu and daily specials so you can answer questions or accommodate requests

Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs to the kitchen manager

Pitching in wherever needed—whether it’s plating, prep, or helping teammates
