Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist is needed for a K-12 school located in Eastern Houston, TX. This direct hire position offers a flexible schedule with the opportunity to work from home two days per month. The role spans the entire school year, providing services to students across elementary and secondary grade levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students K-12.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
  • Document progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Participate in meetings and provide consultative support to educational staff.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist licensure and certification.
  • Experience working with elementary and / or secondary school populations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.
  • Comfortable working in both in-person and remote settings.
  • Location :

  • Eastern Houston, TX, with two days per month remote work flexibility.
