SUMMARY
The Financial Advisor plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial guidance and investment advice to our valued clients. This expertise helps clients make informed decisions about their financial goals, investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth management. The Financial Consultant works closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs, assess their risk tolerance, and develop tailored financial plans that align with their objectives.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public in an investment climate.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and to interpret meaning behind results. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

PAY RANGE DISCLOSURE
The pay range for this position is a base salary of $60,000.00 per year plus commission and is the lowest to highest salary South Shore Bank in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The Bank may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
