About the Company

Our client, an established insurance brokerage, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its growing team.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in managing the full lifecycle of commercial P&C accounts, supporting client relationships, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in navigating carrier relationships, account servicing, and marketing efforts within a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of commercial P&C policy servicing, including quoting, renewals, endorsements, and billing.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced book of business with extreme detail
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, carriers, and internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate account data and documentation in agency systems.
  • Support marketing and placement of coverage through strong carrier relationships.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of Commercial Lines account management experience, preferably in a brokerage environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance coverages and carriers.
  • Experience with healthcare-related accounts is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient in agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Active P&C license required.
