As businesses go digital, so must sales. Adobe's Integrated Customer Experience (ICX) organization is redefining the modern sales modelusing data, analytics, and contextual intelligence to drive personalized, scalable customer interactions. Our teams also harness the latest AI capabilities to sharpen outreach and accelerate growth.

We're looking for driven and customer-focused Account Managers to spearhead new customer acquisition in India's SMB segment. You'll sell from Adobe's Creative Cloud and Document Cloud portfoliofocusing on an attractive, bundled offer of Adobe Acrobat + Adobe Express that delivers exceptional document and creative productivity value. This role offers exposure to multiple teams within ICX and our Digital Media business, creating a strong career path at Adobe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Greenfield Acquisition Lead sales of our specially curated India-market SKU to new SMB customers, and expand deals with other Adobe Digital Media solutions.
  • Master Adobe Solutions Build deep product expertise to confidently convey Adobe's business value in customer conversations.
  • Proactive Customer Outreach Prospect new accounts via calls, email, and social channels; prioritize high-propensity buyers.
  • Achieve Targets Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by executing high-volume, high-quality sales activities.
  • Research & Personalize Use Adobe systems and external tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) to understand customer needs and tailor outreach.
  • Act on Marketing Leads Follow up promptly on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and collaborate with Marketing on demand generation.
  • Maintain Pipeline Discipline Keep CRM data accurate, update opportunity stages, and provide regular pipeline reports.
  • Deliver Engaging Demos Conduct basic product demonstrations and involve product specialists to maximize deal value.

What We're Looking For

  • Education : Graduation (Bachelor's degree) required.
  • Sales Experience : 2+ years in IT / software or SaaS salesinside sales and India SMB experience highly valued. Familiarity with consultative selling, CRM tools, and basic sales methodologies (BANT, objection handling) a plus.
  • Customer Acquisition Expertise : Proven success in aggressive prospecting and outreach roles.
  • Creative Prospecting Mindset : Willingness to try new strategies and approaches.
  • Outstanding Communication : Ability to build trust via clear, professional communication across phone, email, and video. Strong cold-calling skills.
  • Data-Driven Approach : Use insights and analytics to refine sales strategy and pitch.
  • Time & Priority Management : Handle multiple tasks, learn quickly, and navigate digital tools efficiently.
  • Operational Excellence : Attention to detail, disciplined documentation, and strong follow-through.
  • Self-Motivated & Remote Ready : Stay focused and productive while working independently.
  • Technology Enthusiasm : Quickly grasp and articulate Adobe solutions' business value.
