What You’ll Be Doing

As our Front Desk Attendant, you’ll be at the center of our guests’ experience, ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Greeting guests with a warm smile and assisting with check-in and check-out processes.
• Answering guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
• Handling reservations, payments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Addressing guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
