Duties

• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Analyze financial information to ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage for accurate data entry and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their tax situations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations, financial concepts, and accounting practices.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing strategies for tax preparation services.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify potential deductions and credits for clients.
• Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks efficiently.
