Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A professional opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room with advanced neuro and robotics surgical experience. This contract position is based in Park City, Montana, offering weekend and night shifts with a flexible schedule to accommodate work-life balance.

Schedule / Hours :

  • 3x12-hour night shifts (1830-0700) with rotating days off
  • Occasional weekend shifts
  • Call responsibility : approximately one weeknight and one weekend shift per month
  • Flexibility on return-to-office requests with time make-up arrangements

Core Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert perioperative nursing care with a focus on neurological surgical interventions, including ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy / discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF procedures
  • Utilize the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System for robotic-assisted surgeries
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a Level I Trauma Center environment, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care
  • Address emergent situations requiring critical thinking and prompt action under pressure
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Registered Nurse with active licensure
  • Minimum of three years Operating Room (OR) experience, preferably within trauma or neurological specialties
  • Proficiency in neuro surgical procedures as listed above
  • Experience operating the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to adapt and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced trauma center setting
