Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary project details and specifications.\n
Analyze project plans, blueprints, and technical documents to determine project requirements.\n
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.\n
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to gather competitive pricing information.\n
Assist in preparing bid proposals and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.\n
Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.\n
Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and advancements in construction technology.\n \n
