  • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary project details and specifications.

  • Analyze project plans, blueprints, and technical documents to determine project requirements.

    • \n

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.

    • \n

  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to gather competitive pricing information.

    • \n

  • Assist in preparing bid proposals and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

    • \n

  • Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.

    • \n

  • Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and advancements in construction technology.
