Environmental Services Aide Level I

The Environmental Services Aide Level I is responsible for performing duties to provide a clean, sanitary, and pleasant environment to a high standard to enhance quality patient care. This Position will also include running an Auto Scrubber. This position is part of the 1199SEIU Bargaining Unit at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. This position reports to the Supervisor, Environmental Services and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of environmental services / housekeeping experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written instructions required
• Demonstrated attention to detail and high-quality customer service skills required

SHIFT :

Monday-Friday : 5 : 00pm to 1 : 30am

Saturday-Sunday : 9 : 30 pm- 6 : 00am w / rotating weekends & holidays
